A letter was mailed to all property owners on Friday announcing this year’s general membership meeting. The meeting will be held outside, on the tennis courts, at the clubhouse, on Saturday September 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The letter contained enclosures with more information about the meeting. Subject: Notice of 2020 Annual Meeting September 10, 2020
Dear Property Owner:
This letter serves to formally announce and notify you of the annual Membership Meeting of this Association, to be held on Saturday September 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. All members are invited to attend. Only those members who are paid in full may vote. The meeting will be held on the Tennis Court alongside of the Association’s Community Center at 104 Clubhouse Drive. Please note the different day and time and location compared to previous years. The rain date, if necessary, will be Sunday September 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Should we not attain a quorum of members at the meeting, the existing 2020 budget will apply to 2021 and officers whose terms are up for election will extend their terms until the next annual meeting.
During the CVID-19 pandemic, Pennsylvania Health Department directives limit indoor meetings to only 25 people. This eliminates the use of the clubhouse for our annual meeting. We will use our tennis court as the meeting place. This will provide us room for social distancing. Please adhere to these rules and requests for our upcoming meeting:
- No food/refreshments will be served;
- Bring your own chair or be willing to stand;
- Wear a mask;
- Maintain social distance;
- Drive your golf cart/ATV instead of a car to allow for sufficient parking space;
- If you drive a car, park along Clubhouse Drive and not in the clubhouse parking lot.
The Board of Directors looks forward to your attendance at this meeting for an update of the affairs and happenings of the Association. We welcome your participation at this meeting.
