When you are building on any property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please visit the LWEPOA Office ASAP on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00PM with the following completed documents. In order to insure that we will be able to serve you promptly, you may call us before your visit  at (570) 689-4385.

      The documents below must be completed and submitted. You can click on the documents, print and complete before you visit or get them and complete them when you visit.

Copy of Your Deed

When you purchase property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please bring a copy of your deed into the office. It does not have to be a recorded copy.
