Owners Documentation…

When you become the owner of any property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please visit the LWEPOA Office ASAP on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. In order to insure that we will be able to serve you promptly, you may call us before your visit  (570) 689-4385.

      The following business will be conducted at the time of your visit.

Copy of Your Deed

When you purchase property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please bring a copy of your deed into the office. It does not have to be a recorded copy.

Vehicle Registration

You will need to register your vehicles in order to be issued your numbered LWEPOA vehicle sticker. Please bring your vehicle registration and proof of insurance with you.

Security Card

​

You will be issued a security card that will give you access to the club house. Each card that you request will cost $5.00

Dumpster Key

​

If you are a home owner, you will be issued a dumpster key that will give you access to the garbage dumpster located outside the clubhouse. The key will cost $10.00
